Dr. Paul Yuan, a senior acupuncturist and physical therapist, graduated Shanghai Medical University in 1982 trained as a western medicine doctor major in physical therapy. 1. A fifty-nine-year-old Mr. Xu living in Flushing, NY . was sent to hospital for a stroke of apoplexy in December 1996. Twenty days later, he left hospital when his conditions became stable.
